Every annotation can be selected, moved, resized, and deleted, and its color, thickness, opacity, and font size can be adjusted at any time. When you save, annotations are written into the PDF using the standard PDF format, so the result opens correctly in Adobe Acrobat, Preview, and other PDF readers. All processing happens client-side — your files never leave your device.

Add Text to PDF
Click anywhere on your PDF to place a text box, then type directly on the page. Choose font size and color, move or resize the box, and edit it again any time — Chinese and other non-Latin text is fully supported.

How to Edit a PDF — Step by Step
Editing a PDF with our tool is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to get started:
Upload Your PDF
Click the upload area or drag and drop your PDF file. The editor works with any standard PDF document.
Choose an Annotation Tool
Pick a tool from the toolbar: Highlight to mark important content, Draw for freehand sketching, Text to add text boxes, the shape tools (rectangle, ellipse, arrow), or Image to insert pictures onto the page.
Apply Your Edits
Click or drag on the PDF page to apply the selected annotation. Switch to Select to move, resize, or delete any annotation, and use the color, thickness, opacity, and font-size controls to customize its appearance. Undo/redo let you correct mistakes.
Download Your Edited PDF
When finished, click the Save & Download button to download your edited PDF with all annotations embedded. Your original file is never uploaded or stored.
