This bookmark editor lets you create, edit, and organize PDF bookmarks directly in your browser. Upload any PDF and its existing bookmarks (outline) are automatically extracted for editing. You can add new bookmarks pointing to any page, create nested hierarchies with parent-child relationships, customize colors and font styles, reorder via drag and drop, and sort by page number. Once you are satisfied, the tool embeds all bookmarks into the PDF using the standard PDF outline structure, ensuring compatibility with Adobe Acrobat, Preview, Chrome, and all major PDF readers. All processing is client-side — your files never leave your device.
Editing bookmarks in your PDF is quick and easy with our visual editor. Follow these steps:

Add new bookmarks using the Add Bookmark button. Click the edit icon to change the title, page number, color, or text style. Drag and drop to reorder or restructure the bookmark hierarchy.
Click any bookmark to preview its target page in the PDF viewer. Verify that each bookmark points to the correct page before saving.
Click Save Bookmarks to embed all changes into the PDF. The updated document will be downloaded with the new bookmark structure preserved.
Bookmarks are stored as a standard PDF outline structure and are compatible with all PDF readers that support navigation panes (Adobe Acrobat, Preview, Chrome, Edge, etc.). Existing bookmarks in the uploaded PDF are automatically extracted for editing — any changes replace the original outline entirely. Colors and font styles are optional and may render differently depending on the PDF viewer. All processing is client-side — your files never leave your device.
