Create Charts from Excel Online Free

Turn spreadsheet data into bar, line, pie, area, and scatter charts right in your browser. Upload XLSX, XLS, CSV, or TSV, pick your axes, and export as PNG or SVG — no sign-up, no uploads.

Everything You Need to Visualize Excel Data

Five Chart Types

Bar, line, pie, area, and scatter plots cover the most common ways to explore a dataset — switch between them with one click.

Pick Any X & Y Columns

Choose any two columns as your axes from the dropdowns, and the chart redraws instantly. The most numeric column is selected for you automatically.

Multi-Sheet Workbooks

Workbooks with more than one sheet get a sheet tab, so you can chart any tab without reopening the file.

CSV & TSV with Smart Encoding

CSV and TSV files are decoded BOM-aware, so UTF-16 (Notepad 'Unicode') and GBK files with Chinese or accented characters stay readable.

Export PNG or SVG

Download your chart as a crisp PNG image or a lossless vector SVG — perfect for reports, slides, and documents.

100% Private & In-Browser

Charts are generated locally on your device. Your data is never uploaded to a server, and no account is required.

What Is the AnyDocFlow Chart Generator?

The AnyDocFlow Chart Generator turns the numbers already sitting in your spreadsheets into clear, shareable charts — without exporting, cleaning, or pasting data into another tool. Upload an XLSX, XLS, CSV, or TSV file and the first row becomes your header, every column becomes selectable, and the most numeric column is pre-picked as the Y axis so you get a meaningful chart immediately. Switch between bar, line, pie, area, and scatter views, choose different X and Y columns, work through multi-sheet workbooks, and export the result as a PNG image or a lossless SVG vector. Everything runs in your browser with d3: files never leave your device, there is no size limit, and there is nothing to install.

How to Make a Chart from Excel Data

Three simple steps — no account required.

1

Upload or drop your spreadsheet

Drag and drop an XLSX, XLS, CSV, or TSV file, or click the drop zone to browse. Files of any size are accepted and processed locally.

2

Pick a chart type and axes

Choose bar, line, pie, area, or scatter, then select the X and Y columns you want to plot. The chart redraws instantly as you change any option.

3

Download your chart

Click Download PNG or Download SVG to save the chart as an image. PNG is great for reports and slides; SVG stays razor-sharp at any size.

Things to Keep in Mind

The chart plots the Y column against the X column row by row, skipping any rows where the Y value is not a number. Pie charts add up duplicate labels into one slice and group very long lists into the top 14 categories plus 'Other'. For very large sheets the chart samples evenly (up to 2,000 points) to keep rendering fast while preserving the overall shape. If your sheet has no numeric columns at all, an amber note explains that you need at least one number column to draw a chart.
