About DWG to PDF conversion
PDF is the universal format for sharing, reviewing and printing engineering drawings — nearly everyone can open a PDF, but not everyone has AutoCAD. This tool closes that gap without any software install. Drop a DWG drawing and its model-space geometry is converted and rendered into a clean, high-resolution PDF page by a pure-browser engine powered by WebAssembly. Things to keep in mind
The PDF is rendered from the drawing’s model-space geometry, so it reflects what the drawing looks like when fitted to a page — not a 1:1 print of AutoCAD’s paper-space layouts. Very old or unusual DWG versions (notably AutoCAD 2010/2013, AC1024/AC1027) may not convert completely; when that happens the job shows a warning so you know the output is partial. Hatch patterns, embedded images and proprietary font substitution are approximated by the browser renderer. For the most reliable conversion, save a copy of your DWG in R2000 (AC1015) format.
