How to Organize PDF Pages — Step by Step
Organizing your PDF pages with our tool is simple:
Upload Your PDF
Drag and drop a PDF file onto the upload area, or click to browse. The tool automatically generates thumbnail previews for each page.
Rearrange Pages
Drag page thumbnails to reorder them, or use the up/down arrow buttons for precise positioning. Each page shows its original number and new position.
Duplicate or Delete

Important Notes
This tool reorganizes PDF pages using pdf-lib, which copies pages from the source document into a new file preserving all original content and formatting. Changes are previewed in the grid but not applied until you click Apply & Download. The download starts automatically after processing — no separate download step. The Reset button restores the page order to the original document state and clears all visual indicators. Duplicated pages are copies of the original page content. Deleted pages are excluded from the output. Encrypted PDFs cannot be processed — please decrypt them first.
