Our PDF Page Manager provides a visual interface for managing pages in your PDF documents. Use the thumbnail grid to reorder pages by dragging, rotate individual pages or all pages at once with 90-degree increments, duplicate pages to create copies, delete unwanted pages, or insert blank pages. All operations are previewed in the grid before you apply them. When you are satisfied, click Apply & Download to generate and save the modified PDF in a single step. The tool uses pdf-lib to create a new PDF with all your changes applied while preserving content quality. All processing stays local in your browser — no data is ever uploaded.
Managing your PDF pages with our tool is simple:

Drag thumbnails to reorder, use Rotate buttons to adjust page orientation, duplicate or delete pages as needed. Use Add Blank to insert a new page.
Click Apply & Download — the modified PDF is generated and saved to your device in one step with all your page changes applied.
This tool creates a new PDF with your page changes using pdf-lib. The original file is never modified. Rotation is applied in 90-degree increments. Duplicated pages are copies of the original. At least one page must remain in the document. Blank pages are added at the end of the document. Encrypted PDFs cannot be processed — please decrypt them first.
