Turn Markdown into a clean, editable Word document in your browser. Type, paste or upload a .md file, watch the live preview update as you write, tweak the layout options, and download the finished .docx — nothing is uploaded.
Type, paste or upload a .md file and produce an editable .docx in seconds — a real Word document you can open and keep editing in Word, Google Docs or LibreOffice, not a static image. A formatting toolbar above the input covers headings, bold, lists, tables and more, and a live preview updates as you write.
Headings, bold, italics, links, ordered and nested lists, tables, blockquotes, and fenced code blocks are all converted with real Word styling.
Markdown tables become proper Word tables with shaded headers, and code blocks use a monospaced font with preserved line breaks.
Pick A4, Letter, Legal, A5, A3 or a custom page size, choose portrait or landscape, and tune the margin, font family, font size and page numbers from the layout bar before you export.
The conversion happens entirely in your browser. Your document never leaves your device, so confidential notes and specs stay private.
The finished .docx downloads instantly — no account, no queue, no watermark, and no file size limits.
Markdown is the fastest way to draft structured documents, but most colleagues, clients, and reviewers still live in Word. This tool bridges the gap: write once in Markdown, then export a polished, fully editable .docx — no LibreOffice, no servers, no setup. A live preview shows the rendered result as you type, and the layout bar gives you full control over page size (A4, Letter, Legal, A5, A3 or custom), orientation, margin, font family and size, and page numbers. The conversion is powered by marked for Markdown parsing and the open-source docx library to build the Word package, so every heading, table, code block, and link becomes a real Word element you can keep editing after export.
Three quick steps — no sign-up required.
Type directly into the editor, paste content from your documentation or notes, or click "Upload .md" to load a local file. A sample document is loaded to get you started; the formatting toolbar above the input adds headings, bold, lists, tables, links and images, and the live preview updates as you write.
Use the layout bar to set the page size (A4, Letter, Legal, A5, A3 or custom), orientation, margin, font family and size, and toggle page numbers on or off.
Click Convert to Word. Your editable document downloads instantly and opens in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or LibreOffice.
The conversion runs entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded. Remote image URLs are fetched and embedded so the document is self-contained, but unreachable images are skipped rather than breaking the export. Raw HTML inside Markdown is passed through as text, and GFM task-list checkboxes render as ballot-box glyphs (☑/☐) in an indented list so the checked/unchecked state survives the export.
